About Max Toulouse

Max Toulouse is the founder of Cornerstone Strength and Conditioning and a personal trainer who brings over seven years of professional experience to every session he leads. He has helped clients from many walks of life build strength, improve their habits, and grow in confidence.

Max is known for his steady, supportive approach. He trains with clarity and purpose, always making sure clients feel seen, understood, and valued. Whether someone is new to the gym or already strong and experienced, Max meets them where they are and guides them toward steady, meaningful growth.

The Foundation of Cornerstone

Cornerstone was born from Max’s desire to use his gifts to help people grow in body, mind, soul and spirit. Strength training has been a long standing passion for him, but his deeper calling is to support people in becoming stronger in their daily life.

The name Cornerstone reflects Max’s faith in Christ as the chief cornerstone of all things. It also speaks to his belief that each person can become a cornerstone within their own life and for others. Through discipline, consistency, and a willingness to grow, clients learn lessons in the gym that can carry over into every aspect of their life.
